. The house is non-smoking.
. Pets are allowed but with respect for the cleanliness of the place (house, green…).
. Rental does not included meals or services (except specifically written in the contract).
. Two baby beds (one fixed ou bed-umbrella (60x120)) are available and a baby chair.
. The sheets/towels can be supplied on request (suppl. 12 € / bed).
. Rental in its entirety only.
. The maximum number of people sleeping in the house is 22 (children included, 15 beds).
. The swimming pool is under the responsibility of the tenants.
. Possibility to pay the services “house cleaning” at the end of your stay (fee = € 150)

* Our daily fee is based on 8 people, for a minimum of two days; an additional fee of 35 €/day will be charged per extra person.

** Our weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (check-out 10:00 am ; check-in :4:00 p.m. (with exceptions if discussed previously).

To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit check, it will be cashed upon receipt.
